You can still trade with her (icon in the top left of the dialog box in the keyboard UI).
Please email supportdos2@larian.com with your latest save (or a Dropbox or Google drive link, etc), as well as the most recent save where your character could speak to Thorndancer and the oldest where you could not. If you are using any non-Larian mods, also include a list of those enabled and/or the modsettings.lsx file from your profile folder.
Each save is a folder in the '..\Documents\Larian Studios\Divinity Original Sin 2 Definitive Edition\PlayerProfiles\<ProfileName>\Savegames\Story' folder.
In Windows Explorer you can zip a file or folder by right clicking on it/them and selecting 'Send To | Compressed (zipped) Folder' (and similarly in OSX/Finder).
I have been using the short cut directly to the game to play sometimes and not using the Steam launcher. This seems to cause issues with Steam and its interaction with the game. I do not use mods. I do have some gift bags enabled.
I believe her dialog gets in a state where she provides 0 options by using option (2) when you first meet her. Larian probably made it so that the window is killed to prevent a player from getting stuck in dialog with no options, but this blocks vendors (which is too bad, but less horrible than keeping your character stuck in dialog, unable to get out).
Workaround: Go through option (1) long dialog to conclusion (it's possible a branch is broken here too, as I did not test exhaustively, but at least some branches work). You might also be able to fix it by attacking her and getting her to a -45 attitude, where she demands gifts, but unsure on that, and this would probably be temporary until attitude is corrected. You may also be able to fix it by progressing through the Saheila quest, since it seems her working dialog is different before and after rescuing Saheila.
If you have the mask of shapeshifter, use it to turn into an elf, and then she'll talk to you.
