Party trouble with "End Times" boss fight.

I don't know if i'm special needs and im missing something completely obvious here but either way it's beyond frustrating. I'm trying to go with Ifan's plan of Source Communism, and he's the one to start the fight with his "unleash the wolf" ♥♥♥♥ or whatever. But when I enter combat with Lucian and Dallis, my entire party turns against me. I have absolutely no clue why. They all support me, and I romanced Ifan, but still they all turn against me. Did I miss something in one of the previous Acts? Should I just initiate combat right away? As far as I can tell i'm the only one who has this problem so again, either im retarded or I screwed up somewhere along the line.

Did you try different dialogue options before the fight starts? Even if you agree to give up your source you can reconsider after the fight.
Your companions shouldn't turn against you, though, unless you made a deal earlier that comes due, but even then that doesn't happen when the fight starts.

Please email [e-mail] with your save before the final dialog (or a Dropbox or Google drive link, etc). If you are using any mods, also include a list of those enabled and/or the modsettings.lsx from your profile folder.
Each save is a folder in the '..\Documents\Larian Studios\Divinity Original Sin 2 Definitive Edition\PlayerProfiles\<ProfileName>\Savegames\Story' folder.
In Windows Explorer you can zip a file or folder by right clicking on it/them and selecting 'Send To | Compressed (zipped) Folder' (and similarly in OSX/Finder).
