do armor potions over heal? if not what does?
i know armor of frost and fortifiy over heals armor, like for example if you only have 150 armor values
but if you fortify you can go to 300 for example,
so you can over heal armor,

what im asking is if magic armor potions and physical armor potions can over heal past your max armor values like fortify and aof

also do they stack?
can you stack multiple armor potions for more armor?

Yes armor potions give you a stoneskin type effect. Or similar to fortify (without some of the cool buffs). You can also use a stoneskin or ironskin potion (I forget the name) at the same time for even more armor. If you spam potions by drinking them in your inventory you can have them all activate at the exact same time before you pull. Its incredible

But multiple armor potions dont stack. They would need to be from a different source. Even largee armor potion + small armor potions dont stack. But ironskin (I forget the exact name) and fortify do stack with armor potions

Multiple effects from different sources will stack. However, four of the same will not.

Keep in mind that Hydro scales healing and magic armor while Geo scales physical armor. This applies to ALL sources. So Geo will boost the physical armor gains from non-Geo sources. I believe this applies to potions as well.

And if you eat one pizza, eating two won't double the effect (nor stack). In fact, chasing that pizza down with a dinner won't help, but using a mug of beer or wine or water would.
