What Civic Abilities are shared between characters?
i know sneaking and thievery are not shared, but what about persuasion, lucky charm and bartering? loremaster i'm pretty sure it is

Loremaster (for the purposes of examining enemies at least), and Lucky charm are the only two that are shared natively. There rest are per character.

Could anyone tell me if Lucky Charm stacks between characters?

For example, right now I have 4 points in Lucky Charm on Beast, and 1 point in Lucky Charm on Ifan - do these stack and give me a 5 point chance to find extra loot?

It doesn't stack, it picks the highest character and uses their score. Having multiple characters invest points in the same civil skill is typically redundant and therefore a waste of the few civil points you get.
