Silver lever in Bloodmoon island

So I forged two silver lever shaft from the silver bars in bloodmoon island and fix the lever in the vault for the quest delusion of greatness but it consumed both the shaft despite putting in only one.

I was able to circumvent this by throwing one of the shaft into the ground and pick it back up after using the one in my inventory. Just a head up since I don't think there's more than 2 silver bars in the island.

You can use other silver things in the forge to get levers. Like silver cups

I found 4 silver bars (I'm in act 3 and I still have 2). I think I found:

1 In one of the crates on the Bloodmoon side of of the invisible bridge
1 At the dock area near the unfinished vault, where you fight 2 hearts, 2 dogs and 1 demon.
1 At the forge itself
The last one I'm very unsure of, I have vague recollections of finding 1 in one of the gore sack things

same happened to me. don't forge a second lever until you've fixed the 1st broken one. else any you have on you are consumed all at once.
