Ifan's is very... feral and passionate. He shows very clear affection for you and has quite the... heated romance scene.
Fane's is a little odd. He shows some affection, but he leaves you at the end to look for someone else.
Sebille has a really nice romance moment when you are about to deal with her Master, but if you don't skip through Malady's dialogue and talk to Sebille IMMEDIATELY after you start Act 3, you can miss out and Sebille will be lost forever unless you use a workaround for the master fight.
Lohse has some sweet moments where she shows appreciation for you seeing her for "her" and not the thing inside her, and her singing Sing For Me is followed up with a hug, but she will still leave at the end.
Red Prince is the most... interesting. Of course he's going to talk about the Red Princess a lot, but the romance path dialogue shows that he very obviously genuinely loves you too, and he's conflicted on how to deal with it. His actual scene on the boat is very nice and sweet, with him asking how to make you comfortable, and (assuming you are fine with going back with him to the Empire) he is the only one who doesn't completely leave you in the end. If you do a process to make him, as an AI companion, Divine instead of a player, he invites you to a polygamous relationship.
Overall, I personally think Red Prince is my favourite one, with Sebille as a second. The endings are all pretty mediocre due to how the epilogue works.
If you become Divine, she does leave you at the end (says something like "a god can't love a mortal anyway), don't know about the other endings with her. Sebille doesn't change all that much throughout the story, just gets a little less... stabby. In the end after having everyone as a companion, personally I'd say Sebille is alright. Nothing super special character wise.
If you are worried about the character "leaving you" at the end, both the girls do that to my knowledge. Both times I had my character become Divine though, so maybe the other endings will have different results, but I don't think so personally.
Looks like I've missed out. I suppose minions *do* have a few unorthodox uses, at least prior to the intended dessication of their husks in exchange for Source.
I mean in all those other games, romance typically means combat benefits or maybe a rested bonus! As a divine, I figure I would have a greater pool of talent to choose from later on than merely the pawns that I stood upon the backs of, from which to claim the prize of divinity. I couldn't, you know, lead them on emotionally if I was just going to use them. I still respect them as minions, after all... but then my god did teach me Source Vampirism, and so...
That should be fixed, a couple of major updates ago (speaking to Sebille should trigger a check again if the dialog was missed at the start of the act).
I chose divine and Sebille stayed with me
Dang !! Talk about resurrecting the dead - 5 years later. Sebille will eat your flesh for this.
