Where do I go in Reaper’s Cove?
I spoke to all the people and spirits, killed the voidwoken, and found a balcony that leads to Mordus, which I can get my entire party down using the Teleport spell and the pyramids, but that seems SUPER cheesy. I can’t find any entrances from reapers cove, and I looked through the surrounding coast.

If you survived the ambush, you weren't really meant to. Using wits near the cliff you can discover a diggable spot that gives you a tunnel you can use to get down normally.

I got stuck at the fortress area before Reaper’s Cove, so I went and got an extra source point from the necromancer in Stonegarden, managed to one shot 2 of the voidwoken and two shot the other two

Right, well the game initially intends you to lose that fight and it splits up your party in the caves below. Like I said though, there's a discoverable hole you can dig where they appeared. Just pop some wits buffs if you lack them and find it. Otherwise, jump down near where Mordus is, but go through the hatch near your side of the cliff. Then clear that whole cave area before returning to Mordus.

That actually sounds pretty fun, if a bit obnoxious.

Yeah, but since you can locate a waypoint in there pretty safely or simply waypoint out and find your way down yourself and/or use the teleport pyramids to regroup, it’s not as fun as it could be. Some areas it send you are borderline impossible solo and others have no threats whatsoever.

If you choose not to do those things it can be interesting, but there’s little reason to.
