Are you trying to turn the mods OFF or turn them ON?
It clearly states that the mods will be BAKED into your save when activated and CAN NOT be turned off.
The action points one, and the bottom one are the only 2 you can turn OFF, if I recall correctly.
The Herb Garden, Respec Mirror, and Crafting Overhaul, once turned ON CAN NOT be turned OFF. If you want to remove these, you have to start a new save or, possibly, load a quicksave/autosave from BEFORE turning them on.
I did it exactly that way and the respec mirror does not work at all. Its a bug!
You're probably better off just downloading the mod itself. XD
I keep hearing things about Larian's Gift Bag one and how bugged it is.
Two mods doing the same thing on in conjunction, however, doesn't. So if you have at any point, had both mods active (both Larian mirror, and Kalavinka's mirror), at best you'll have empty portraits, at worst you'll just find both to be inaccessible.
I tried only gift bag and it does not work at all.
