Leadership talent in Co-Op bugged?

im currently playing a co-op campaign with my brother, and just finished the encounter where we get the Bless ability (after defeating Trompdoy and going to the hall of echoes). For some reason his character has the leader in sight buff (from leadership im assuming) but does not actually have any skill points in that talent, or any items to give a +1. Is this normal?

But none of the 4 characters in the party have leadership, while it only shows on his. I would have thought a point in leadership would be needed in order for that to show though

Ive seen this come up a few times even during solo runs with up to 4 members, I have no idea what triggered it but they all gained leadership then at some point lost it.

Not really game breaking and not that common of a bug so i think its safe and its nothing you need to play around. Also also you and your brother don't have any points in leadership? I always have 2 people run leadership in 3 -4 party runs and especially in lonewolf runs, it makes it so all players get benefits from the enchanced stats.
