First round, get a status on the troll (think one was bleeding, one burning, they have different resistances) which will do some damage next round, then hope you can blast it.
How does the troll regeneration interact with Decaying Touch?
Failing that, there's a bunch of suggestions here: https://steamcommunity.com/app/435150/discussions/0/3223871682623531433/
Edit: just right click on them and click examine, then you’ll see what they are weak to
if marg is affected by poisoned, then he loses his regen for as long as the poisoned status last plus 1 turn.
grog works the same way but with burning.
both of them have "walk it off" so durations of status are reduced by 1 turn.
the way we did it was by having 3 characters with scoundrel and chlorophorm. they're not immune to sleeping and chlorophorm has a 3 turn cooldown. so you can just rotate cooldowns, making sure they're standing on top of fire or poison each turn.
something else we found was that grog is particularly susceptible to shock attacks. he seems to get automatically stunned any time he receives the Shocked status.
