How to get more skill books in Act 2 and beyond
I'm working on branching out more now, but the problem is I can't find some skillbooks. Apparently the Chameleon Cloak book, for example, is apparently only available for purchase in Fort Joy, but I'm already in Act 2. I don't know where to find empty skillbooks either, and there aren't as many skill merchants in Reaper's Coast. Any tips?

Go to trader bree in driftwood and pick up a blank polymorph skill book. Combine this with a chameleon cloak scroll. This can be done with any scroll given a blank skill book of the same type

One thing I've learned is when in doubt, check the crafting Wiki. You can craft so much in this game its insane.
