Report a translation problem
I managed to fix it just yesterday. I changed my resolution. It was at 70Hz for some reason when my monitor is 60Hz. I changed it to the correct one and my portrait came back. I also changed my lighting settings to Medium instead of High.
Dam boy... your lighting solution worked for me. The Hz was 60 already, very weird.

All you need to do is go to the NVIDIA Control Panel, find the "Antialiasing - Transparency" option, and turn it off.
It's already off for me, and my resolution was already at 60Hz...neither of these options work. I have seen suggestions of turning off overlay programs (such as Discord or OverWolf), but that doesn't work for me either. I would really like to get this fixed. :(
