Where to find superior Stardust?

Title. Can't find it anywhere in any of the traders or looking around for superior stardust herb

Sometimes vendors in Driftwood have it but also the vendors in the stuck caravan in NW Paradise Downs if you are in Act 2.

Ohhhh guys I figured it out. You start finding it at vendors once you hit level 16!

Yeh, it’s just a level thing. Most of the late game stuff becomes available at level 16, also the first level divine gear starts popping up. Do note that the regular star/pixie dust starts to become incredibly rare at this level too, and superior dust doesn’t work with older recipes that use the regular stuff.

That's a really good point. I'm having a hard time finding regular stardust now...shame since I need to craft a bunch more medium runes

By the time Superior Stardust shows up, you can often just buy Large runes from vendors, so it's not too bad.
