Decomposing
Has anyone found a way to cure this yet?

Googled it but didn't find anything definitive. Someone said Blood Rain then Bless but it didn't work. Just wondering.

never cured it in the game. Guess I didn't try hard enough. You are talking about the elf right?

No. Decomposing is quest related and has absolutely no cure unfortunately.

Yeah, an elf in the prison as well as a guy down in a tomb. Didn't think there was anything I could do but its a new game, so you never know what people are going to discover.

As stated in the above comments its a game mechanic. It has no cure.
