Irritating Push Message

I get a weird message from time to time.
The message says: "Fane shared lore with you"
One of my mates took Fane at the beginning, but I don't understand this repeating push message.
It comes often in Fights.
Some of you have this too, or even better, knows that it means?

It's the message that appears when your loremaster skill is lower than a party member's and you inspect something. They're sharing their skill level with you so you get as much info as possible.
