Weapon/Armor traders in Arx?
I've found a few traders nearby the waypoint in the Arx, but are they all?... The number of goods are so small... Is there any more weapon and armor merchants in Arx?

There is a bunch my fellow. Get passed the gate and into the city and you'll find them almost dead ahead. 1 Archer trader.
potion trader.
Herb trader
Weapon trader
Grenade trader
Magic trader
Toy trader.
Look around. Its close to a painter doing a painting with blood

Thats quite alot of traders? Driftwood had like 4 characters that had 3-4 skilltrees in them.
Arxx have alot.
Either You're somwhat unlucky (very) not to have anything worrh Trading with.
Or you are refering to the pilgrim traders right as you crash. They have absolutely nothing of value.
Left side of the building in which the toymaker is. There is a small hut on the other side of the trail. She had alot to sell. Best gear ive accuired. Better weapons than swornbreaker

I'm struggling with this as well. Driftwood had great vendors that always had something usefull. Standing before the last quest now and I don't think I bought a single thing in Arx.
There are a lot of vendors but they all sell 1 or 2 level appropriate piece of equipment. Usually an int chest with strenght on it or some useless ring.

most skills are sold right of the Entrance to the Trial of Blood or whatever its name is.
Armor can be purchased by multiple people, the archer vendor, The one by the WaterArea, One between the townsquare and Water.
Are some Interesting Npc's with some armor as well, some near the covenant, quite afew of the magisters in the prison area and the handful of paladins situated by the Church.
Arxx was ver generous with what you could find considering its such a closed in area. Nameless isle was useless is comparison

No one sells frames in Arx, that i can tell. also, i could not find anyone selling armor or gear in the prison area, nor could i find any paladins selling gear around the cathedral. I know where 12 merchants are in Arx (not counting the three on the ship). Quantity of merchants is not the problem. The problem--as noted in other forum posts--is that the merchants don't have anything worth buying.

I think we're just missing what's really available. A small collection of stalls in Arx in the square that continues past the toy store. Five vendors there, each a little more specialized. The thieve's den on the west side if the toy seller's house close to the water. They generally have a couple of good level items each visit. There are two lore masters north of the bridge near the elves. I think they have all abilities to sell. The dwarves jewellerhas nice rings, and the cheesemonger further down has stuff. Lest you forget, Almira, Tarquinius, and the fencer are available in the HOE.

Lastly, some good stuff you can just make. An armor of the externals made at 19 or 20 will be very current through final battle. The odds are at level 21 you are wearing a lot of loot and some purchased items
