I wonder if this quest doesn't resolve because one can still kill the concubine. Not sure whether it resolve then anyway.

If you're playing as the Red Prince (main) the concubine disappears. So, yes, it's one of the many quests in chapter 2 that doesn't close properly.

The number of quests that properly finish is probably less than 50%, nearly all quests are bugged in the journal. You usually get the rewards so it's not THAT big of a deal, but for some people it is, and it can get very confusing after a while.

The only quest in Act 1 that didn't finish for me was the Arena quest. This is the first quest I have trouble with in Act 2 so far. And only if the prince sleeps with the concubine. If Ifan or any of the other party members sleep with concubine, the quest completes normaly when killing the pimp.
