The Eternal Worshipper Quest

So I found Gratiana in Amadia's sanctuary and I have her soul jar but I accidentally continued with the main quest causing Gareth and his people, including Gratiana, to leave the sanctuary. I still have her quest. Have I messed it up? Or do I see her again before leaving the island. Spoilers are okay.

You need to reload.

Once everyone moves, Gratiana vanishes.

Thats not right!

After they leave the sanctuary, the stop at the encampmend and wait for you to tell them its save and you killed the shriekers

Slane killed the Shriekers for me and I didn't realize before it was too late. No one's at the abandoned encampment. No Gratiana. I quicksaved and destroyed her jar to see if it did anything but the quest didn't complete. It looks like I messed up and I refuse to reload because I've done so much after they all left. Oh well. Thanks for the info tho.
