Unless this is something I've skipped over entirely, that doesn't exist. The only Source Vamp helm I can think of is one of Braccus Rex's armor pieces, in Fort Joy. Not from some girl, and certainly not in Driftwood.

Is that the helm of Braccus Rex? - nothign to do with driftwood if it is. It's in the armoury of Braccus Rex. on Fort Joy Island. If I'm mistaken please forward the name of the quest.

Hate to bring you bad news, the helm can only be used a couple of times before it loses its power and with item scaling in this game you wont really be using it more than 1 level so its not really worth it, if you still want it, look for a cave on the south east of the map i believe thats where i got it, its a cave with stuff from bracus rex, i might be remembering wrong tho.
