you need to craft a silver lever from the forge outside. And convince the ghost to unlock it because he is bound to it. if you cant persuade him. consume his soul.

It looks like you've already fixed the lever, so now just convince the spirit of the monk in that room to open the dorr for you using spirit vision. Only the spirits can open those doors.
