Mordus'Akaim Help

I'm having a lot of trouble with this fight. Despite all my characters being level twelve, I can only get Mordus down to half health before he transforms, usually a round after killing my main character, and before any of his minions are down. I'm on Classic difficulty -- any tips?

Mordus can only transform if there is a dead body from which to draw power - hence before the battle (or during) clear the dead dwarf bodies from the location where you choose to engage him.

Also, concentrate on Mordus alone - as his minions will dissappear once he is taken care of. Ignore them essentially...and use all the knock downs etc you can to keep mordus controlled. It's quite do-able once you get the knck for it.

...Never mind. Literally a minute after posting this, I trapped Mordus in the middle of my party and a bone widow, crippled him, atrophied, and took him out in two rounds.
