Put it on hotkey bar. Click on it from hotkey bar then use it on corpses.

You have to craft the mask, it's the face, a source orb and something else I believe.

Cutlass Jack has Divinity: Original Sin 2

Combine the ripped face and a source orb. Thats all there is to it.

You'll start finding Source Orbs in chapter two.
