The talk teleport bug is waaaaay too easy to abuse
Sure thing I can opt not to do it, but just reporting it here, amdproablyhasbeen in the past

1) Teleport in general is way too powerful. Find some shriekers or some lava or some really powerful NPC ally, and teleport your enemies there, near insta-kill.

2) If you cant teleport them directly, unchain 1 character, let them talk to the enemy, and while in talk mode simplyswitchparty member and hem them teleport them .Works like acharm on the burning witch, and for example the Shadow Prince.

That's what makes the games it fun with multiple things you can do to beat enemies

and if you don't like the idea, don't do it.

I would rather have such options and use them if I want, then simply not have them. so, it's really up to you, that's the best part.:)

I've always thought teleporting in Divinity is powerful but that's just because... it is. It's a really strong concept and Divinity is an amazing game because of how concepts like that are implemented. Stuff like invisibility is also really strong because you can just walk through enemy strongholds and do whatever you please.

What would you do if you had teleportation or invisibility powers in real life OP? I'm willing to bet it'd be something as crazy as the stuff you've mentioned.

Only fun places to do this is with alice to jahan and the advocate to jahan since jahan wants me to kill him so let him kill him himself. Also the fight against reimond with that mass shackles guy, only fights worth using teleport

I agree with you completely. I hate these conversation because it's always about someone not liking something and them tryign to convince the community that it's bad for them. Stop pidgeon holing people into one form of gameplay. Plus doing these kinds of things bug the game out anyways and they always end up hurting you in some way in the long run. Don't do it if you don't like it. Simple as that.

I dunno, teleport can make battles just so much fun. I love playing lone wolf tactician and going against a large group of enemies and using teleport to gain the advantage. Tbh I've had hard, challenging fights even using teleport, although I only have it on one of the two characters I'm using so maybe that's why it seems slightly better balanced.

Also - enemies use teleport abilities like tactical retreat all the time; functionally the same thing as teleport, and having enemies have it to creates a more even playing field.

basically I'm all for things that make combat more interesting, but the teleport pyramids in the last game seems infinitely more abusable and 'cheap'

Yeah, it is easy to exploit. So dont ...
I hope they fix it to only allow 1 teleporation before conversation breaks off and -attitude comes down.
