[spoiler] Making a deal in Doctor's Orders
The demon offers a deal, that we summon him once we see Lucian.

In my last try, with this option chosen, the last battle begins with Lucian's goon all fighting against me as a team, including Rex, who doesn't reveal himself nor summons the Kraken, just fight as the Hooded Figure. I didn't survive long enough to see the demon arrives....

Is it coming? Or should I do something to summon it? If comes, what happens next?

I'm pretty sure he won't come. I doubt he can even enter the Tomb for a whole bunch of reasons, not the least of which being that he's an ant compared to the Divine and won't risk annihilation for you. I don't think he comes at all.
Either way, focus Dallis, try killing her in one turn if you can.

There's a book in his house and Sanguina Tell's about him reneging on deals with her/it so I think that is a hint, however subtley placed.

The experience was rather a disappointment though, the meeting. I was so happy to find someone who sold rune frames (I didn't take Tarequin's service on the ship) -- I also wanted to learn about the dang fish barrells (which I still had along with the void scoll)-- only to see him dead after I got a quick purchase in (because I declined) -- Fun fight though and clever nurse names.

So......as a delay tactic, he tells the godwoken who stands in his house right in this moment to avoid imminent annihilation?
But it was his messenger who tells me to come --- it was an invitation from him, showed up right after I killed Lord Kemm and back to the surface. Doesn't make sense if he isn't trying to accomplish something this way...

Oh he'll come just fine after you do all the dirty work and clean house by basically destroying everyone on your way to Divinity. I am not sure about this however, since I don't trust demons I always murder this fella. Maybe he shows up in phase 2 of the fight.

He comes at the end of Phase 2 after defeating Braccus.

He shows up right after you win a fight all by yourself. I played as Lohse and I'm really disappointed of him. He even says "I love you" once and then doesn't even help in a fight. What a bag of ♥♥♥♥.

Well, he comes alright after you deal with Vredeman, and reminds you of the pact. If you accept it, you ascend with him. If you decline, he insta kills you - or so I heard, because I actually pickpocketed a vial of blood from him shortly after making a pact in his house. So he did not wipe me and instead I had to fight him casually. Only him, he did not summon any demons like he does in his mansion fight.
