How do you make Ifan stay in Amadia's Sanctuary

Hello I have been in Amadia's Sanctuary for a while now. I have already saved the boss and everything and all of the origin characters exept for Ifan stay in the Sanctuary. Its getting a little annoying going back to fort joy and fighting off people just to get him in my party so i was wondering if there was a way to keep him in the sanctuary. Thank you for your help!

You could unchain him and leave him there.

Waypoint travelling works too, yes. That'll drag everyone chained to you along with you.

yeah i know I can teleport to fort joy but whenever i teleport there everyone attacks me so if possible i want to avoid fort joy

Teleport to the Fort Joy Beach, that's a good start. You can go about getting to your intended destination from there.

You should go back and kill all those in Fort Joy that attack you anyway - and Griff and his mob.

You unchain him from the party. Click on his image on the left and drag it to the right. To reconnect you drag him back to the left.
