2. Lockpick the cellar
3. Craft one potion, pick up the second potion
4. Get the quest, deliver the potions
5. Don't attack Alice until you done all quests and are strong enough. I killed her with one char having high WIT and Crit making me able to attack first.
You can just lockpick her cellar, you don't even need that high of lockpicking for it.
It is bugged with giving them both the potion, but it is not a hot mess whatsoever. Just because you did something stupid like drinking the potion doesn't mean there is something wrong with the quest, if anything it just proves the freedom of the game, because lots of other RPG's wouldn't allow you to drink the potion, but this one does.
1. Other witch? Where? Literally have never seen her.
2. Yes, that's the WHOLE POINT. There's very little point in having a key that takes so much to get when any level 9 char can lockpick their way in there
3. Yes, I know. It's also bugged - currently giving it to the 2nd cow doesn't work.
4. See above: the triggers / flags are totally buggy for this quest
5. I never said I had an issue killing her - the point is that the entire quest is totally out of balance and non-sensical, broken and impractical. You kill the witch at the very end of the chapter (level wise), and there's no lead up to it, it's not important and there's no meat / dialogue / lore / point to any of it.
Simple reading comprehension will help you a lot in life.
THAT'S THE POINT. YOU DO NOT NEVER EVER NEED THE KEY.
Yes, it's a mess: it's badly structured, it's buggy as balls and the polymorph isn't in-game reversible, which is a potential 100% fail point for a Honor run.
Srsly, please learn to read.
OH, and the rats are bugged as well: even if you destroy all the rat holes, they still keep spawning, thus making the entire point of having the rat holes to destroy 100% pointless.
Destroy the holes in the explosive rat room to make them stop spawning. You can use teleport, tactical repositioning or cloak and dagger to get into the cell with the frog for the potion recipe.
The holes are bugged.
As for the rest: I KNOW ALREADY.
I'm pointing out how badly it's structured / written, ffs.
Autism, Autism everywhere.
The people here are trying to help you and you insult them.
I never said I did not understand or was having problems with the quest: the very title states it's FEEDBACK on it.
Seriously: learn to read.
2. Not all people will have a lockpicking character, instead of punishing the player, they just made it easier for people who chose the lockpicking skill to complete the quest.
3. It worked for me, so it must be a hit or miss.
4. The journal is definitely buggy.
5. Umm don't say anything about someone's reading comprehension skills when you're not even speaking(typing) like a normal person. You don't use periods, you capitalize when you shouldn't, the way you wrote is just downright odd. English might not be your native language, but the way you wrote in your OP made it seem like you were complaining about dying from Alice.
How about your learn how to speak like a normal human being then?
Where's this other witch then, eh?
Not my problem: if you cannot read bullet point style notes on a quest then you've never done QA or game design in your life.
Which is fine, but go elsewhere with your scratching and feeble insults on my English skills.
I'm not sure what other witch he was referring to, so ask the other guy.
Lol, you must be an enjoyable person to be around. Shouldn't you be in school little kid? You know insulting everyone that is trying to help you is a very bad habit. Looks like your parents didn't teach you manners. Don't worry though you can always learn those.
> to point out that no matter what you do with her, you fight. Even if you succed in speach, you fight. So I think the structure is fine.
How is that fine? A bunch of dialogue options that no matter what you choose, you can't "win" the interaction? And you have to fight anyway? Sounds broken to me. Because with the way it is now, it makes more sense to sneak attack her and not even try to talk.
