I'm running a system about 4 years old with all these requirements met. It auto detected ultra settings and runs like a dream.
My computer is an oldy but a goody. No freeze, no lag or whatsoever. If you can run game like witcher3, fallout with mods, elder scroll with mods, pillar of eternity, etc, normaly its okay.
Worst contender is Cursed fire. It eats your preformance a lot.
You will be unable to end game (or at least I'm ready to bet on it :) ).
There's a major trap for low-end system owners : Act 1 have very democratic requirements for RAM & other hardware.
Act 2 and later will be MUCH more demanding.
In one specific location peoples even with moderate+ hardware complain on notable lags.
I am running a Windows 10 PC with i3 4150 Processor , 8 GB DDR3 RAM, Nvidia GTX 750Ti and normal harddisk.
Well darn. Thank you for the warning. I greatly appreciate it!
