I can't say for sure because I never tried it without the Prince.
I did have Red Prince with me, but Sadha still asked for Swornbreaker - I believe this item is the key to pacify her, not Red Prince.
There are two Swornbreakers in the game. One you craft from pieces found on the second and third island. Second Swornbreaker is on the fourth island - find Arhu and you'll find it.
On my honorbound run, I'll bring the prince over to her and see what she wants.
TLDR: it would appear the game checks for swornbreaker when you enter the room with Sadha, make sure you craft it prior to entering.
Nothing wrong. Sleep with her then talk to her and she raises the issue with you. Enjoy the dialogue.
