source orb as a rune

The source orb says it can be used as a rune, but it dosen't show up as an item to combine with under runes. Anyone know how to use it in place of a rune?

i have no idea and havent tested it, but you can combine runeframes with runes. Perhaps that might work on a source orb.

you can put it into your gear the same way you do with any other rune. I have one in my neck and one in my armour. Press g to bring up the crafting tab, click the "runes" tab up the top right. Select the item you want to put it into, then select the source orb.

What does the source do on an item? The item is blessed or something? What are the effects?

Gives you a skill depending on your slot, evasive aura, blessed healing and venemous aura.

Not that strong imo, but i like to try out everything for a bit as I go through.
