Flanked: -10% dodge
Terrified: -20% dodge
Shocked: -30% dodge

Entangled: -70% dodge
Web: -70% dodge

Can Glitter Dust be applied on enemies before armor is stripped? I have never even learned that skill!

Glitter Dust can be applied before any armor stripping as it is not resistable.
