How do I counter 100% evasion?
In act two and these black ring mage has evasion aura that is permanent.. Been using AoE spells on them, but my archers can't touch them at all.

there is a skill i dont know what is name is... but it set a mark on the target giving -100% evasion rate to the selected target

The skill is Glitter Dust http://divinityoriginalsin2.wiki.fextralife.com/Glitter+Dust.

Surprised nobody mentioned the plethora of status effects that reduce dodge, which do stack.

Flanked: -10% dodge

Terrified: -20% dodge

Shocked: -30% dodge
Slowed: -30% dodge
Chilled: -30% dodge
Cursed: -30% dodge
Deaf: -30% dodge

Entangled: -70% dodge
Web: -70% dodge

Petrified: -100% dodge
Stunned: -100% dodge
Sleeping: -100% dodge
Marked: -100% dodge

This all pretty much sums it up. I'm in a lone wolf duo co-op game using a modded difficulty where instead of the 50% scaling from tactician, its 200% (except damage) and all enemiees instantly level up to two levels higher than us once combat starts (also fully heals so initiating from out of combat doesn't help). With all this riding against us, the game is quite hard. So I've been stacking dodge on a rogue. Even with dodge naturally at 68%, I find effects like uncanny dodge or nimble potions necessary as enemies can have increeased accuracy, negating some of my dodge, or various status effects that reduce it. While evading aura is a strong thing for enemies to have, it can definately be countered using statuses/buffs. Peace of mind yourself for a buff to accuracy then oil flask for slow to gain a 50% hit chance (I think PoM does 20%, maybe less). Otherwise, root effects work great. Enweb is great and doesn't get blocked.

Yup. I found Tentacle Lash works. Know any others?

Yup; I couldn't get past him with an all-Physical line-up.

Can Glitter Dust be applied on enemies before armor is stripped? I have never even learned that skill!

Magic damage completely ignores evasion.

Great summery of ways to get around dodging enemies by Revolucas (thank you Lampros for correcting me).
Glitter Dust can be applied before any armor stripping as it is not resistable.

Not my list. I am quoting someone! ;)

And thanks on the Glitter Dust answer. This information is very valuable, and I will slot it now on my archers!
