Is there a "real" way to pass Path of Blood?

So, I did the thing where you hire a new Merc that's "free of sin", but that seems more like cheating than anything.

Is there some sort of back door I missed? Theres a button with a slot in that room, so maybe that's a thing?

There's a quest about Toymaker. You get the items needed for backdoor from him.

Oh cool. I ran into him but couldn't figure out what to do in his house. Good to know there's more than 1 solution, thank you.

I don't know, i know of one but it's about exploiting a game bug. I had all the toymaker items but talking to the statue only ended up bad.

Since we are on this topic, any idea what to do underground?

Theres a switch next to the statue. I have no experience with the toymaker quest, but Im assuming one of the items allows you to activate the switch, which I'm guessing opens the trap door, bypassing needing to talk to the statue.

I know this is a lot to assume, but it seems logical?

You gotta bleed down the drain in the center, bless the blood, and then solve the pipe puzzle.

You need to save someone first which make you go to the Toymaker .
Any idea if there is a way to get past the statue ? I did the toymaker route so I know how to do that one , just curious if you can 'Win' sort of against the statue without getting a Merc .

I did this, but no blood appears on the puzzle! Do i need to actually solve before the blood comes out?

You gotta cast the spell 'Rain of Blood' Necro , on the drain thats before the altar . The blood will go down to the other side . Then run the puzzle (trough altar) and Bless the blood .
