Fort joy, who sells restoration?

Hey guys, who sells the hydro spells? Can't find him.

In chapter 1 Inside the fort itself there's a blue lizard folk who always seem to be talking to himself . Once you're outside of the fort Simone at the Seekers camp sells them too (this is still while in chapter 1).

Blue wizard folk? Where are these exactly? haven't seen them.

Lizard not wizard. Lets see... from the main gate entrance where you enter from the beach head follow the path to the right where there's a guy that wanted to talk to you alone for a quest. Further along that path should be a dwarf and a lizardman around a campfire though they like to wander randomly around that area, further behind them is someone who's working on a coffin and another lizardman arguing with him. That lizardman near the campfire is the one who you're looking for (He also likes to wander under the tent near to the campfire).

The woman that tells you her life story for free xp also carries a Restoration Book I believe.

The blue lizard next to Griff's has it. If you stand in front of the imprisoned guy looking at Griff it's to the left.
