Expansions/DLC?
(I havent really looked into this hard enough, but I didn't immediately see it, so I'm curious of anyone else knew.)

Does anyone know if Larian plans on releasing any kind of expansions or DLC to the base game? I'm almost sure there is going to be an 'enhanced addition,' but i'm curious if there are any sort of DLC planned in the future of the game.

I know the first Original sin didn't seem to get much in the DLC department, but seeing how well Original Sin 2 was recieved (Hell, from looking at the graphs, it has more players than Warframe and nearly more than TF2,) it would just seem strange to not attempt to push for more gameplay in a finished game instead of an entire new game.

I don't think there will be an enhanced edition because what would they need to enhance exactly? I think we will rather get another kickstarter for DOS3. My wallet is ready.

Well, considering the Imp God and Orc God are actually in the game, perhaps we'd get those respective races eventually? A proper crafting system would also be nice.

Yeah, I got the vibes that it was designed around potions, scrolls, and other consumables, but it falls short everywhere else. Why give the option of making armor and what not when it isn't even worth the time or resources?

I think if they were added, Larian would also have to add them in their own respective places as well as NPCs. Would be pretty strange if you were the only Orc running around the whole game.

However, I'm totally up for lore friendly addition races and backstory for them. I'm generally interested in the "Big guy with big sword who smashes things when told" characters.
I'm only into Act 2, but do Orcs even make an appearance? They seem pretty devoid of all conversation.

I think they would have another episode :either fighting the god king, or Malady personal quest

Hey, who doesn't want more content for a game like this? I think this is the most fun I've had in a party based strategy game since I played Baldur's gate 2. More or less, I'm just interested in if Larian has made any sort of announcements on their kickstarter or elsewhere.

but yeah, I get what you mean, I'll buy any extra content.

I agree with guy above. Best tactical rpg since baldurs gate hands down. I would throw my money like mad for any dlc.

I think they should worry more about quest related bugs than dlc atm (it is only two weeks after the release date afterall).

I agree. I simply assume that the bugs will be fixed as time goes on (It seems like patches are coming out fairly often and fixing every bug surely takes time) and that Larian isn't some kind of AAA dev like Warner bros. or Square Enix, so they'll focus more time into a single working game and not 100 glitchfests.
