I gave mine to Tarquin, I suppose he will give it back once he have fixed the sword.

its a Tarquin quest. But many people have bugs in their game where you can't get the quest from tarquin.

yeh i couldnt do the quest so i had to fight the harder version of the final fight, it was really annoying him scolding me that i wouldnt help him when i had no idea an even though i talked with him when i got the blade
