How/where do i get recipes?

Hi!
On my first try i played till act 2 and got a ton of recipes e.g. food and runes. Now that i settled on an another character i did more or less the same with looting everything and all till act 2 and i didnt even get half the recipes i got in the first try... Are the spawnpoint random or did i miss something?
Do i get the chance to loot/buy them anywhere later? I got a crap ton of materials and cant use them -.-

You could just do them, you don't need to learn them.

Aaaaand how do i creat them if i dont know what i need? Do i get the recipe after i created something?

U get recipes from random books you find and read. Otherwise there should be a wiki online maybe?

So i only get the recipes as random loot?
Yeah ofcourse there is a wiki for crafting. But i think its rubbish to alway pause the game and tab out to search on the wiki for what and how i can craft -.-

Also atleast the wiki im using is totally incomplete...

There's really no further information to provide you; read books get recipes.

Theres nothing more you can do.
Also the books, as far as i know, are now "random" loot but you can find them always at the same place.
Some receipes are harder to get, so checking a complete wiki List is the better idea.
Although it depends on what you want to do.
Are you a completionist and want every receipe there is in your receipe book?
Then look the wiki up and craft everything there is to craft as soon as you can get the ingridients.
Or do you need a special potion/meal/whatever?
Then just look it up and craft it.
As soon as you've crafted the thing it is in your receipe book for further use.

Theres nothing more about crafting.
