killing lohar
does killing lohar impact the story? or do you not hear from him after act 2?

If, like me, you still want him dead because he's a evil prick that arranged for you to get robbed by the prostitute scam, just do all of the act 2 quests involving Lohar first. Lohar gives you loot, exp, and info/flavor/lore regarding events in act 2 and later acts.

Once that's done, make sure Beast is unchained from the rest of the party and somewhere else (even in a different room is fine). Then you can kill him without consequence. It's pretty satisfying too because when you reduce his HP to zero, he gets downed and you get a dialogue box for either letting him go or finishing him. Needless to say, I chose to finish him.

Unchain him inside the city and go kill Lohar with the 3 remaining characters. That way, he stays with you.

My friend "Had a good time with a lizard and woke up naked" found his stuff, ended up fighting lohar, and this is basically the first thing we did after getting off the boat. Ended up killing Lohar and and all of the patreons, and the Arran the Raucous One. How much content did we skip? should we reload? Oh and beast was in our party and he didnt leave us after

I would reload. Lohar gives a decent amount of quest xp, and there are things in the undertavern you'll want to do. Also, Arran the Raucous One is probably the best trader for all of act 2
Not to mention, while Lohar doesn't have any noticeable impact on the story past Act 2, he elaborates on events that will happen in a later act that happen after finishing his quest line involving one of the sourcerers you're looking for.
