Act 3 a bit rushed?
I dont know..
I felt Act 3's Nameless Isle to be very fast on story progression.
Like alot of Godwoken that hold some actual power
are all in one place

and just make things easier to kill your competitors

So what did you guys do?

Me?
I killed Shadow Prince, dont bother listening to his excuse
I killed Sallow Man
I now going to have Alexander lead me somewhere and kill him aswell...

If you played Tyranny, then no, act 3 is not rushed here at all :)

Act 3 is pretty much what you make of it. A lot of companion quests take a drastic turn or even end here and it contains one of the biggest reveals of the game until that point. I take it as the intermezzo between act 2 and 3 instead of it's own act. Gather your things, tie up loose ends and prepare for ascension, or not. If you take the time to explore the place, you may be surprised as to how much about the world, your companions and yourself you can learn here.

It is a very frustrating area if you want to explore though. Not only does it contain those god darn shriekers that serve no purpose whatsoever at this stage except to irritate the living ♥♥♥♥ out of me and lead to save-scumming and the constant waiting for teleportation abilities to cool down outside of combat just pisses me off to no end. Jump to next ledge - pour a drink, read up on some news, repeat.

One can say a darn lot of good about this game, and I certainly do, but Larian are definitely not the best at level design and gameplay sometimes.

I think it's al about expectations. The Acts are not evenly distributed and the said ahead of time Act 2 is most of the game and Act 3 would be short

My companions are...

Fane
Lohse
Sebille.

I helped Sebille kill Shadow Prince without hearing him out and have her consume his soul.

Lohse probably wont go any further till act 4.

Fane is just in statis...

Sebille also has some major, major interaction with the mother tree. At least if you did the Saheila quest line in act 2, but I'm pretty sure that is not required. You get to decide the fate of the whole elven race.

Lohse will have to wait till act 4, that is correct. She already got the whole Jahan/Advocate shiznit in act 2.

No idea about Fane, he wasn't my companion for my first playthrough. Red Prince and Sallow Man have a lot to talk about however.

I did Saheila in act 2.
but I didnt interact with tree
I went right to killing her Master and making her my waifu
then interacted with tree

I have 2 options
become the next mother tree or not

if she accepts; she will get "rooted" and would seriously chase divinity.

I DONT KNOW WHAT DECISION TO MAKE :(

There you go then. Enough depth for you?

Also I suspect that Fane will have some kind of interaction within the temple of Amadia.
