Lock in Mordus basement

The cace is hugh. I killed Mordus, but found no eye anywhere around. Is it in another part of the cave?

Do you still have his amulet?
In the area where you fight Mordus, abit further in there is a hatch that you can go down(near 2 dwarven ghosts). You'll find the missing "eye" down the hatch.

Also you can lockpick the skull with thievery level 4 or 5.

I found the skull in the SE area, by destroying some of the goo after completing the (rather hard) combat there.

Once more (second time) when the game make you face a problem you can't solve yet, that I couldn't resist check what I did wrong.

I know patience apply because RPG can do that, but I'm not sure it's a good design.
