You do realize that many older cRPGs used a top down or isometric camera angle, right?

And no, there's no first person camera view, and I'm not sure what good it'd do considering the way the game's mechanics work.

I mean, the game is basically a tabletop RPG like Dungeons and Dragons. So this would be the logical way to go about doing it. Not like this is the only RPG that does stuff like this, and with turn based combat, I think it'd be a bit weird. Definately don't think this game would function with a camera like you want. Could be done through mods maybe, but I dunno if there would be enough support to rework pretty much the entire game just to do that. It'd be a lot of work for what I guess would be a TON of work. Basically, if you can't handle it then this isn't the game for you.

Skyrim and such are action rpgs (ARPGS) while this one is tactical, if not strategic so an isometric view is needed/preferred for this type of play. There are a few games that have both modes, (third-person/party view and isometric) including Neverwinter Nights and Dragon Age Origins.

Neither are as tactical as this game nor are action-point based but it does make one consider that both modes are optimal. It is generally quite costly to do this and the game engine must be compatible.

However, given the things you can do in Divinity OS games that you can't in others -- considerable interaction with environment, for one, I think it is a worthy sacrifice. If they can do both in the future, that's great but as a player of both sub-genres, I find it honestly isn't missed. If you've never played this type of RPG though, it may well be.

I am done then..Is there any other game such as Skyrim with decent graphics.I tried Dragon age Origins(the one on Steam) but the graphics are horrible and I abandoned after 10 minutes.I did play Witcher 3 and loved it but I got bad ending and pissed off big time

Sounds like you are too nitpicky for your own enjoyment, unfortunately. I am sorry to say there's likely no existing game you'll enjoy without complaints.

you could check out dragons dogma and kingdoms of amalur: reckoning or if you could look past the graphics you could go for oblivion, morrowind or dark messiah of might and magic

There are more RPGs with a view like DOS:2 has than first person, like Skyrim, period.

That being said, someone could probably mod a first person view camera. With GM mode - that might be interesting to use with friends. In the normal game, combat would become impossible.

Just lol... Think Im gonna to the Call of Duty discussions and ask:

" Is there a way to change the camera so the game doesnt look like a First person shooter one?
The game is too realistic for me and Id like to play with a 3rd person camera..like Gears of War for example..I dont wanna play it like this..looks like CSGO/Doom or something not a FPS "

I mean, its a valid point. You're passing over fantastic games for some pretty silly reasons. I'd understand if this kind of camera made you dizzy/sick as I know someone to whom that is true, but just not liking it so you won't try, or giving up on older games because they lack modern graphics... You're just isolating yourself from many of the best RPG titles of all time (many might argue they are anyway). If Dragon Age Origins graphics are too poor for your tastes, I can't think of a single game to recommend as most of the more modern ones aren't nearly as good as their older counterparts.

Well, there's Skyrim. The graphics there are still very good and you can mod them to be even better. And you already own it.

Wow, over 1000 games in your library but you haven't played any of them for 30 hours except DOTA2, which is up over 4000 hours. There's something about DOTA2 that you're enjoying but isn't in other video games. You need to know what that is.
You guys know this is bait right? ♥♥♥♥♥ is a lvl 100+ with over 1000 games. You're telling me ♥♥♥♥♥ doesn't know what type of game they enjoy? :tdealwithit::cfacepalm:
