Highest level locks? - Thievery lockpicking
I just left Fort Joy and have been able to unlock everything with only a single point in Thievery. Is only one point needed for all locks in the game and the rest of thievery points are only for pickpocketing? Or are there higher locks later in the game? How high level do the locks get?

Up to 5 points required closer to the end. More points - just to steal more gold.

Both doors and chests will require 4-5 points further. Watch peoples' profiles to see if they completed the game via achievments.

At late act1 you will need thievery 2 (right when you're about to escape fort joy). Act 2 starts with thievery 2 and ends up to 3. Then ... I don't know I haven't progressed beyond but I assume it's the same.

For loremaster likewise.
I suspect persuasion goes the same way to give you a feeling of progression.

Lucky charm doesn't really matter. The higher the value the more often you will find items and better up to Legendary (in act2 so far).
