Constantly on fire?

still on fort joy, doing my second playthrough and this time one of my characters is constantly being hit by burn? If I have him(fane) stand in the ocean, it goes away, but when he comes out he gets warm then starts to burn, why is this? Is it a mechanic im missing or a bug?

Is he wearing the Tyrant chest piece? If so it's cursed and that is the effect, if not then it's a bug.

You're almost certainly wearing parts of Braccus Rex's armour. The five pieces give various debuffs unless you're wearing all five pieces.

I would close the game and double check that you arnt playing NBA Jam.

yup you guys were right, im stupid haha, I didn't remember this happening to me on my first playthrough and the chest dosent say its cursed or anything so that threw me off, thanks for the help :)

if you have loremaster, you get told its cursed when you put it on.

My character said "gaah cursed" even without loremaster. I think bursting into flames and later having his legs crippled were good enough indicators.
