Help with crafting spellbooks?

I am trying to craft spellbooks, yet none of the internet recipes i found work, any idea why??

You have to pick a school and an elemental skillbook ex: Any Poly + Fire, Any Warfare + Fire.

I'm not sure but I think you also need to have points them to get the skills.

That's for certain skillbooks. I mean you can use two random skillbooks from 2 schools but will produce a certain skillbook.

For any specific skillbook you need the apropriate scroll (with the spell you want) + empty (there are tiers here) skillbook of [insert type of school] .

You find these empty skillbooks from act2 and on.
