One Man Army Build
here's the most OP build I could make, and so far the most efficient 1 man army (as in I play the game with my main character only, in tactitian mode:

Race: Fane (his special source ability is loligagging mode for this build, and the undead feign death is also godly to help you disengage, in fact you can even play this solo build in honor mode)

Primary skill: warfare
Secondary skill: scoundrel
Supportive skills: witchcraft + polymorph

Key abilities: Adrenaline -> backlash -> cloak and dagger -> mortal blow
battering ram -> battle stomp
Invisibility
Shackles of pain -> bone cage -> silencing stare

Early game focus on warfare skill dump, just get 1 point poly for invisibility and 1 point necro for sustain abilities (blood sucker mosquito etc) get some vit and ofc alot of finesse, you will be mostly doing hit and runs for 1 kill -> disengage repeat (also can have some fun with rupture tendons and kiting).
Mid and late game is a joke, you can decimate half an enemy group in a few turns using invisibility the undead racial and the fane source power means there is nothing anything can do, they will die with no chance to act.

open with backlash -> stab -> adrenaline -> stab -> invisibility -> skip 1 turn -> mortal blow -> stab -> stealth (or use cloak and dagger to reposition for stealth)
normal stuff dies to that very eaily, you can often kill 2-3 weak targets with this combo alone thanks to talents like executioner and the pawn
for the harder stuff you will fall back to open combat skills (remember to build for dmg but have a good balance towards survivability in terms of gear and vit).
shackles of pain will either kill stuff if you are forced to make a move out of stealth or the AI will avoid hitting you allowing you free turns to attack or restealth, battering ram and battle stomp allow you to CC as you kill stuff out of stealth (best used on archers and mages that are not being your current target) bone cage lets you pick some armor back up to avoid cc and silence stare same but vs mages.

you got some powerful or just fun one man army builds to share? :)

Why not just do Fane Geo/Summoner and be an immortal god king?

Yeah i find summoning skills to be the strongest Abilities since u can boost ur stats to 20 and ur summon get 200% bonus dmg.
Ur main character can focus on going tanky (shield character with high const) plus some support skills to heal urself up and create the right surfaces for ur summons.

Get Summon to 10+
Get some poison skills in geo

Summon/infuse Incarnate.
Put some poison on the ground
Place totems on poison for free healing, and or infuse Poison incarnate for more healing

As for stats? Whatever you want. Summons don't scale with anything, so Int for harder hitting spells, wit to always go first, hell you can even do strength or finesse if you want.

Yes. In my playthrough my summons easily outscaled my 'melee dps' in terms of raw dmg.

huh?! Oo

you are saying that at skill 10 (20 in lone wolf) an incarnate with infusions does more dmg than a warfare 10 (20 in lone wolf) character with a two hander? and a backstab rogue/wtch?

No, summons fall off in DPS. They stay useful, but a proper DPS build, melee, ranged, or magic, will over shadow them at a certain point in Act 2, if not sooner.

it was a 4 character playthrough. Summoning skill around 15 with items. The incarnate has around 8-10k armor and deals 2-3k dmg per hit depending on the right surface u put it on.

It does not have the flexibility, mobility nor the utility a played character provides but it can wreck every armor or magic armor there is around.
So in terms of tanking and smashing it s really strong.
