And oh look, a $hitty email template with incorrect information. It's really insulting when a support agent doesn't actually read your email. I listed all of my mods and not one was the source jar.
I've restarted this game so many times. I'm just done.

First of all apologies for the delay in our response - we have been inundated with questions since launch day!
In recent days, many users have discovered that a similar problem can occur if the player uses «Source Jar - Lady Vengeance» mod.

We are aware about this issue and we are doing our best to fix it.
So, please, can you check if you have any mods installed?
If you wanna try to resolve this issue by yourself – try to uninstall the mod and load any savegame BEFORE you first entered to Lady Vengeance.
This is important - you must load from any savegame before the ship.
Please, check with all suggested steps and contact with us again if your problem was not solved.

We have not seen any further engagement from Larian on this topic since 5 days ago. For some reason, I cannot access the lower hatch of the Vengeance. This prevents me access to the Magic Mirror and also the storage chest. When I try to go down into the B1 of the boat from the deck, I hear the \"swoosh\" sound fx but nothing happens. When choosing the option to send an item to storage, it just does nothing as well. The item stays put in my inventory. I also tried a previous save in the Hall of Echoes prior to the start of Reaper\'s Coast and leaving one of the teleport pyramids in the decks below. When Reaper\'s Coast officially begins, the teleport pyramids go back into my inventory as though the lower deck zones no longer exist (as though they were part of a previous Act, and are being flagged as no longer accessible).
I\'ve tried multiple ways to fix this. I have rolled back my saves prior to the end of Act I, right before the battle with Alexander, with all mods disabled. I can understand mods having unintended consequences, but for those issues to carry over to a whole new act was surprising from a user standpoint.
I have successfully used mods prior to this latest reroll with no issue. I\'m not sure if the problem is happening because of the latest patch or because of a new mod I\'m trying. All of my mods are through the Steam workshop. In any case, here are the mods I\'m using. I\'ve marked the (NEW) ones that I added for this recent playthrough vs the previous playthrough I had where I did not experience this issue.

Hope this is enough information to get started. I am very much looking forward to finally finishing Act II on this new playthrough. Unfortunately, I cannot faithfully progress with the game unless the concern of not being able to respec is resolved. I\'m also worried that I won\'t be able to progress onto the next Act if it is not fixed.

LOL forgot this game came out in Sept. So my initial play thru..correction, my 1st attempt of playing this game got me to Act 2 and maybe 1/2 done. I saved the game October 4th when I decided to start a new save playing with a total of 6 companions (mod). Finished off Alexander and was gonna tidy up quests until I saw a new mod.
Started a third play....with Druid Class; finished off Alexander, did the Hall of Echoes, got to Reapers, found the Square, warped back to Lady Vengence when I couldnt enter lower deck.
1st Play though; and perhaps if I re launch the game I should be able to enter the ship.
I have two mods that I have ever downloaded; party size and druid class.
But even disabling the mods and getting the error message about disabling the mods and even seeing all my Skills gone (Druid Class), I cannot enter the lower deck.
I'm almost thinking maybe its scripted, like you have to a certain number of tasks in Act 2 before you can descend???

It is 100% a bug because I have a save in early Act 2 that it works just fine with mods and a save in late act 2 where its broken.
Obviously, digital diffusion means your support team can not be big enough, ever.
But 2 weeks after reporting the bug and a hint of a solution, I still did not have any feedback from the support.
So let's just wait for the patch this week and see if they get their fingers out of their ass.
But they should be aware this kind of ♥♥♥♥ up has consequences as a customer.
I will not buy any more early access and will be wary of their next release for sure.
In the end steam reviews and your wallet are individually your only mean of action somehow.
I'm still very happy with the game itself and I'm sure there is a rather obscure, largely isolated cause, perhaps a specific series of in-game actions. It is clearly not mods alone, nor just the steam version. I trust that they will at least fix it eventually, or we will figure it out ourselves and get a sticky pinned in the forums. I will definitely be buying the DLC and future releases to support this company.
In the act 3 Nameless Isle, the cave where the Shallow man is, there is a bunch of clutter and objects/NPC's in the air, like 40metres in the air, all over the place, and off course this makes chests and some other stuff inaccesible to me.
First though that it was part of the whole "illusions" that uses Shallow man and simply used the cap that Alexandar gave me, but it doesn't change anything.
There is even a portion of the map that i can't acces, because the way is blocked by...nothing, at least on the ground, but the said obstalce is glued to the ceiling, i see the interact icon when i hover the mouse on it, but of course it says "out of reach"...
Know what?, i'm gonna play Skyrim again at least when it bugs or glitch i have the cheat commands to get past the glitched part and continue the game...
Patience has some limits and torrents are still working strong for next time Larian.
