Of all were mentioned above, only bloodsucker triggers living armor. And imo, str+mem is a weird idea, but that depends on what difficulty you are playing tho, others are generally very good.
Thanks for your reply!
What would you pick instead of memory ?
Reasoning to grab memory was for all the spells, but you might be right. What about wits, would that be viable to get a good crit chance ? Or rather go with constitution + Picture of Health talent ?
Why is geomancer useless ?
My reasoning was because of the poison spells to help either heal or dmg mobs (example contamination) also for "RP" reasons, i think it fits with death knight type of character. Edit: Forgot about Fortify.
Because non-maxed geo gives no good buffs, no good dmg, and a lot of dmg in further parts of the game is magic.
I have no idea how to add screenshots in this not the best made UI, you can watch them in my Profile.
Lvl 21 Pyro/Geo mage dmg and stats.
Lvl 21 Warfare/Necro/Polymorph phys dmg and stats.
Your profile is private :P
Constitution and Wits are both essential for your char while picture of health is pretty much a must. I can't really give you a conclusive advice on how to spec them since the gear you find in the game will also affect these stats. But generally since you're not using a shield, then the better choice for you would be to cause alot dmg early on for the CC and necro school life steal. As for the crit, its not the thing you should focus on from the start, only when you get enough level and gear to take 2h weapon skill and scoundrel perks, then you can start to build a crit build.
The damage measure formula is:
Weapon damage*(1+stats bonus)*(1+school skill bonus)*(1+crit chance*crit damage)
-Stats bonus are related to your main attributes and weapon bonus (which in your case is two-handed)
-School skills are warfare, necro etc.
Lastly I would probably dump 2 points into polymorph for the bull horn, heart of steel, tentacle lash (great ability for str based char) and maybe even spider legs. And if you choose to have high wits to go first in your group, you can consider grab Glass Cannon talent as well.
if you are worried about armor buffs, theres some in witchcraft and if you want more, you are better off getting some poly points who dont come died to hefy requirements on intelect and further skill points to function
Damn, thanks!. Will change that in a sec. Will also add screens here

Good choice. Each point of Poly will also give you 1 bonus free Stat point :)
Not putting points into Scoundrel gates you from Adren and Cloak and Dagger
Not putting points into Aero gates you from not having Teleport, NetherSwap, Evasion, and smoke cover
Not putting points into Geo gates you from not getting Turn to Oil and Oily Carapace
No Pyro means no Peace of Mind or Haste
No Hydro means no Vampiric Hunger which is a 50% life steal (but its trash anyways)
Why would you give a $hit about life steal from Necro. Its garbage. The point of the game is to not have your armor stripped away because once that's gone you are gong to get CC'd and that leads to death.
Living Armor is Trash! You won't hit hard enough for it to really matter. Getting other Talents that improve on AP or Crit are vastly superior
You really want to pick up a few points everywhere so you can diversify your build. Going Warfare and Poly will get you a heavy hitter that has no mobility or proper defenses. You will waste tones of AP just moving to targets.
As you progress in the game and get equipment that has + to skills on it, you will want to visit the respec mirror to shift points around. In late game your end gear should give you around +2 to most of the skills in the game and thats when you can put all your eggs into one basket.
