The Zombie in Braccus Rex room...

There's this zombie locked in cage, and I'm curious if I can interact with him like with pet pal? Do I need to know some kind of special Necromancy skill? If so which one? I'm pretty new to the game but it would be nice to get some lore out of him like I did with the necromancer jar guys. Any advice?

No matter your stats or talents, he's overly aggressive and hungry.

Not sure how you go about feeding him in his cage, but that'd be the only thing I can think of.

i just came across this zombie aswell,,
when it told me that it was hungry,,, i thought i wonder if i could give it some of my meat (rabbit meat) ... but nope :<

Pretty sure he is just another hungry zombie. Knowing these devs though, there is either a really hidden series of events to trigger more, or probably the most likely thought, its just a reference of some sort.
