How do i play a lone wolf?
I want to try it but i'm not sure what to do. Do i just play the game normally or is there a requirement to do something special if you only have two people?

Just play normally. You'll have access to a lot higher stats, and will have a lot more money since you only have to outfit two people. You'll outscale enemies very quickly.

Give both 2 that Talent. And one should go for Necro/Summoner. The second one should either be the same or for a healer approach if you feel lucky. On classic, it doesnt really matter.

What race is most recommended for lone wolves?

I went for both Undead, since they're stronger.

I`ve completed the game once as a lone wolf, Well Duo but I didn`t have any major problems with any parts of the story. Won`t spoil anything for you there is one quest that I know of that refused to complete and I get the feeling it was down to only having two characters in the party but this could also have been a quest completion bug as there`s also alot of them as well.

Some fights you`ll feel overwhelmed by the sheer number of enemies but with some abusive line of sight tactics you`ll be fine. I`m now in the process of running through again this time with purely one character but not that far I`ve just reached Driftwood, Yes the battle before that is a real pain but it`s fun.

Try it out mate, I think you`ll enjoy it.

Recommended to sneak around?

I took an undead because of their uniqueness compared to the other races and then an elf because they can eat body parts which you can eat to gain lore/stories/quest information.

I made a 2 handed warrior with 2 aerothurge to get teleport and netherswap mainly. If you bring a spell caster, I recommend getting 10 in summoner, that way your summon will summon a giant minion which is a lot stronger and great off-tank/dps :)
