Arx Cathedral Puzzle Bugged Maybe?

After spending about an hour trying to solve the pipe puzzle under the cathedral solved I finally decided to look up the solution, when I came upon the realization that for some reason the blessed fire would not flow down the pipe, no matter what I tried.

Anybody know if there's something I can do to remedy this situation?

This probably "Blood Rain" has extinguishing the blessed flame of the right position.

I had the same issue. The blood rain has extinguished the fire. What I did was to reload a previous save, have one of my character staying in front of the central pipe and hurt him with an other character. This way blood was spilled and I the blessed fire remained untouched.
