Full Spoiler After you free the Lich in Mordus Secret Chamber you may meet him in the forests, if you let him continue eating dead people you will find him at the skull shrine and he will open it.
Thank you! I killed that guy in the forest in my first playthrough, I'll let him live this time to see what happens. Guess I should stop fast traveling so I can notice more things haha
If i remember correctly it was somewhere between the two troll bridges i was walking from the big troll to the small one. Sadly i have no savegame left where i could check the coordinates
Huh. I just killed him outright rather than let him leave. Had no idea he'd go unlock more stuff if I let him "live".
I stole his phylactery urn without him noticing it, dang Lich didn't even recognize me as an fellow undead...
