'Living on the edge' + 'Last rites' to revive works
Title
Just figured this would be useful information.

Not sure if that's intended, that seems like using last rites without living on the edge would be really stupid then.

Im sure they figured people would try. It's a very thought out game, after all. And both spells are in the same school of magic. Also using both those spells during combat is near impossible with the AP cost. I can only imagine this being useful after the battle is over. Res scrolls are still going to be useful

Last rites is quite survivable if you put points into constitution. On my summoner, even without lone wolf, last rites costs ~60% of my health. In a pinch, I could revive someone (at full health!) and then cannibalize a bone widow to fully heal.

Why wouldn't it work? Also got both spells on my "healbot", but haven't had to use them yet. Never doubted it would work though.

Yeah, both my mages can survive it. But sometimes youre not gonna be at near full health. Also i was wrong. It costs 6 ap to cast both. youd be able to cast them both. Though in a pinch I dont imagine youd be able to save ap for a turn to cast them both.

best combo is making a explody full hp char (forgot the talents name ) and make him suicdie between group of them . Follow it up with necro revival who has shackles to enemy.

My necro at 21 lvl did around 4.5k damage to self with the revival skill so thats a nuke and heal since necromastery heals you.

Also pulling the whole combo is possible with haste and / additonal ap per turn perk ( and adrenaline but not required )

that's a lot of AP wasted tho

shackling then resing soundws like an amazing idea. Good ♥♥♥♥. Too much ap for one turn though
